1. Overview of Service

Booking Cove provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses ("Admins") to create and manage booking portals for their services, spaces, or rentals. End users ("Clients") may browse availability and make bookings through these portals.

We are not a party to any agreement between Admins and Clients.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Payments

Booking Cove is a scheduling and booking tool only. We do not process, collect, or hold any payments. By using our platform:

  • All payments are arranged and settled directly between Clients and Admins, offline
  • Any rates shown in a booking portal are informational only
  • We do not handle invoicing, refunds, deposits, or disputes

Important:

Admins are solely responsible for collecting payment from their Clients and for managing any refunds or disputes. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, any financial arrangement between Admins and Clients.

4. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary downtime
  • Server outages
  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures (including hosting or payment providers)

5. Security & Hacking Risks

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge:

  • The platform may be subject to cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from such incidents unless required by law

Users are responsible for maintaining their own security practices.

6. Responsibilities of Admins

Admins agree to:

  • Provide accurate listings and availability
  • Honour bookings made through their portal
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of Admin listings.

7. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details
  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Respect the Admin's terms and policies

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the system
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Access other users' data without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Booking Cove remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booking Cove shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from bookings between Admins and Clients

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
